I've been pouring over my seed catalogs! It makes the dreary days of winter much more enjoyable! We are fortunate to live in the country on a small farm with plenty of room to garden. All of my produce is organic. We purchase our beef and pork from local farmers and raise our own chickens for meat and eggs. The difference in flavor and quality from store bought commercially raised is amazing!
