About a week ago my grandma moved into an assisted living senior apartment. She would rather be home, but realizes that this is the best thing for her. So I have been trying to get her accustomed with her surroundings. We have gone to lunch in the cafeteria, done laundry in the laundry room and yesterday I went to the  exercise  class! Now mind you we never stood up, every exercise was done from the sitting position....I am so soar today!!! I guess I better go back tomorrow!!!
